WHO WE ARE - THE VISION

The idea to start PINK CYBER was born in early 2024 with the aim of becoming the fastest and most customer-oriented healthcare cybersecurity provider in the DACH region.

We achieve this by relying on a high level of automation and by using artificial intelligence to respond more quickly to threats.

Our agent-based solutions (according to the CIS-Controls standard) and regular discovery and security scans in the IT infrastructure, we achieve a complete coverage level of almost 100%.

We approach each of our projects with a fresh perspective and develop tailor-made, individual strategies, which we then implement for the customer.

Founder, CEO

Alexander Hopman

Alexander Hopman is the founder and CEO at PINK CYBER. The qualified medical doctor brings together in-depth knowledge from the healthcare and digital sectors and leads the strategic development as well as the day-to-day business of our company together with his other colleagues.

In addition to PINK CYBER, the multiple startup founder sits on the advisory board of the management consultancy for digital strategy OMMAX and is a member of the most important associations in the digital medicine environment.

Co-Founder, CTO

Christoph Jung

Christoph Jung has been an absolute IT professional for over twenty years and an internationally sought-after CISO (Chief Information Security Officer). At PINK CYBER, he leverages his remarkable experience and expertise in his role as CTO, where he does outstanding work for us and our customers every day.

Christoph is also managing director of Endorsec GmbH and co-founder of PINK CYBER.

CIO (Advisor)

Erik Jan Hengstmengel

Erik Jan works internationally as a strategy consultant in the area of data and digitalization, author and lecturer. With his years of experience as CTO and COO managing director of various IT companies, he supports us in implementing our mission: to massively increase cybersecurity in the healthcare sector.

As an experienced advisory board member, he can contribute his expertise to both management issues and cybersecurity.

Our newly designated CPO is an absolute top professional and is known in the industry far beyond Germany, which is why we unfortunately cannot mention him by name here and at this time. In addition to his consulting work for Germany's national cybersecurity, he sits on various international committees and has gone through all levels of management consulting.

Advisor Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

Prof. Dr. Bjoern M. Eskofier

Bjoern M. Eskofier heads the Machine Learning and Data Analytics (MaD) Lab at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuernberg (FAU). He is also the founding spokesperson of FAU’s Department Artificial Intelligence in Biomedical Engineering (AIBE), spokesperson of the German Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action GAIA-X usecase project “TEAM-X” and a PI in the European infrastructure project Testing and Experimentation Facility Health AI and Robotics (TEF-Health).

Since April 2023, he is an associate principal investigator and leader of the research group “Translational Digital Health” at the Helmholtz Zentrum Munich.

He spent several visiting professor terms at Harvard Medical School, MIT Media Lab and Stanford University’s Schools of Engineering and Medicine.

Prof. Dr. Sonja Güthoff, MD, MBA

Sonja Guethoff is a Medical Doctor and Professor of Digital Health, Health Management, and Medical Leadership. She brings extensive experience as a member of advisory boards, particularly in health technologies and as a consultant for leadership in medicine. She has many years of experience in both experimental and clinical research at a renowned university hospital in southern Germany.

Within PINK CYBER, Sonja Guethoff is an expert in applied research, providing critical insights and strategic direction with a special emphasis on the user perspective in cybersecurity in Healthcare, ensuring and proving its practical application and effectiveness.

Dr. Kerstin Stachel

Dr. Kerstin Stachel makes hospitals successful. She starts where others fail - as a consultant, podcaster and renowned keynote speaker. Founder of HealthCareBrain, she is a LinkedIN TopVoice with long-term experience in leading university hospitals as economic director and member of the board.

Within PINK CYBER, Kerstin is the first contact person for management related change and optimization projects for our clinical customers.

Jack McMillan

Jack Mc Millan and Alexander Hopman have been the main drivers behind the composition of PINK CYBER's first core team at the beginning of 2024. Jack has years of experience in filling CISO positions internationally and a corresponding network of highly professional specialists in the industry. He is extremely important for the further development and expansion of our team.

Since June he has been running the first high-end coaching for the UK Football Premier League and Olympic athletes in Paris with Optima Yoga.
